Artist Talk: Using Your Photography to Make A Difference

Two months after the devastating earthquake hit Haiti on January 12th, 2010, Gallery and five fellow artists traveled to Port-au-Prince, Haiti to volunteer with HealingHaiti.org. What they found within this tragedy was the uplifting spirit of the Haitian people and their sense of hope, strength, and resilience. Gallery utilized crowdfunding to publish Tent Life: Haiti with Umbrage Editions in 2011. 100% of the royalties are donated to Haitian relief organizations. Hear about their experience in Haiti and discover how you can use your style of photography to make a difference.
